Welcome to the Uplake Neighborhood Association website!
Uplake, located at the northernmost tip of Lake Washington, in Kenmore, Washington, is a neighborhood of some 500 homes built mostly in the mid to late 1950s, starting in 1953. The Association was chartered in 1956. We have monthly board meetings, annual membership and election meetings, and special events throughout the year, announced here, via our email list, and in the quarterly newsletter.
Here, we have discussion topics in the Forums; a photo gallery; neighborhood information and history in the Reference section – and keep an eye on the Events page for upcoming meetings and activities. Maybe you can come to a meeting sometime! Sometimes we have pie. Mmmmmmmm, pie.
The Fall 2015 newsletter has been uploaded and is available in the Newsletters section; we also have a new garden photo from Evelyn Williams in the Gallery.
Bothell Way will be CLOSED! down at Lake Forest Park Town Centre from 7pm July 17th through Monday morning, July 20th. Here’s a detour map. This could get crazy. Take a lawn chair!
If you have any events you’d like added to the Events page, let us know!
Events Calendar is updated with several events, including Opening Day for the Lake Forest Park Farmer’s Market, on May 10th.
